Real Estate Consultancy Service Charges

 

Our charges for rental services is one month rent as brokerage and for sale or purchase it is 2% of the property value as is the norm within city limits. 3% on the sale consideration from each party we represent beyond city Limits, 4% on the sale consideration from each party we represent for all estates, agricultural, industrial, mines, minerals etc. and 5 % on lump sum lease agreement from each party, lessor and lessee.  14% taxes will be extra on the above mentioned commissions as per the finance act of 2015.

 

Civil Engineering Contract Works Charges 

 

New construction charges cost projection: Elaborate item wise costing will be charged 1% of the total cost of new construction. 

 

Cost of renovation Rs.1200 per sq.ft onwards ( indicative rates only as on Sep 2015)  the cost can be calculated on inspection of the site and on case to case basis only.

 

Cost of repairs can be assessed case to case basis only.

 

Cost of new vitrified flooring ( indicative rate only as on Sep 2015) Rs. 300 per sq.ft  onwards. Cost of marble, granite flooring etc., can be supplied on request.     

 

Plumbing cost will be on case to case basis only.

We come across often situations like the need to renovate for selling or renting a place but the owners are unable to take it up. In genuine cases we will accept part payment in advance and rest can be paid either on sale or on renting the place that will also be arranged by us.
